Authors must submit the following documents:

• Abstract and Extended Abstract should be submitted in two separate files.
• Abstracts and Extended Abstracts can be submitted to rcaict2025@vau.ac.lk.
• Maximum number of pages in the Extended Abstract: four (04) pages, single column.

Following sections should be included in the ABSTRACT:

• Title:
  • Title (maximum 100 characters including spaces)
    Font: Times New Roman, 14 pt, Bold
• Abstract:
  • Maximum word count: 250
  • No citations allowed
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Line spacing: 1.5

Note: Abstracts exceeding the maximum limit will be returned.

• Keywords:
  • Maximum of 5 keywords
  • Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt, Italic
• Follow the given format in the template for the abstract.

Following sections should be included in the EXTENDED ABSTRACT:

• Title
  Font: Times New Roman, 14 pt, Bold
• Abstract
• Introduction
  Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, Line spacing 1.5
• Materials & Methods
  Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, Line spacing 1.5
• Results and Discussion
  Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, Line spacing 1.5
• Conclusions (as applicable)
  Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, Line spacing 1.5
• References
  • Style: Harvard
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, Line spacing 1.5

Please note that:

• Author details should not be included in the abstract or extended abstract.
• Format of the abstract must be in .docx or .doc format.
• Authors can submit the extended abstract in .docx / .doc or PDF format.
