The Research Conference on Advances in Information and Communication Technology (RCAICT) is a premier event that continues the inheritance of the pivotal Regional Information Communication Technology Conference, which has been held in University of  Vavuniya since 2022. RCAICT provides a platform for research and technological advancements in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), particularly with a focus on developing sustainable and scalable ICT solutions that target regional challenges. The conference promotes collaboration between academia and industry, facilitating knowledge exchange and the discussion of emerging trends.This year marks the 2nd edition of this conference, which will be held on 3^rd September 2025, at the Faculty of Technological Studies of the University of Vavuniya, Sri Lanka. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Google Scholar–indexed digital research repository of the University of Vavuniya.
