Atputharajah, ensuring alignment with the University\u2019s mission of innovation, digital transformation, and national development. The academic leadership was provided by Mr. V. Senthooran, Dean of the Faculty of Technological Studies, and Mr. R. Sakuntharaj, Senior Lecturer Grade I, while the system was developed by undergraduate student Mr. K. Haraldbranavan (2023\/ICTS\/152), demonstrating an effective model of collaboration between institutional governance, academic supervision, and student innovation.<\/p>\n\n<p>The development process followed a structured software engineering approach, including stakeholder consultations, requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and iterative enhancement based on user feedback. A preliminary version of the portal was successfully demonstrated during the Northern Investment Summit 2026 held on 21 January 2026 in Jaffna, where it was officially introduced by the Hon. Minister of Industries and Entrepreneurship Development and received positive engagement from government officials, investors, international representatives, and academic institutions.
