Senior Lecturer in ICT at the Department of Information and Communication Technology, University of Vavuniya and he has been more than 13 years&#8217; experience in teaching in IT\/ICT\/CS domain. Sakuntharaj holds M.Phil from University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka and B. Sc. (Hons) from University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
