Mr.Veerapathirapillai Vinoharan is working as a Lecturer in ICT at the Department of Information and Communication Technology, University of Vavuniya and he has been 12 years’ experience in teaching in IT/ICT/CS domain. Vinoharan holds MSc (Peradeniya), MPhil (Jaffna), Sri Lanka. He is a researcher in computer science and Information Communication Technology determined to make a significant contribution in a vibrant international research community that invent solutions to real world problems.
