Mr. Ratnasingam Sakuntharaj is working as a Senior Lecturer in ICT at the Department of Information and Communication Technology, University of Vavuniya and he has been more than 13 years’ experience in teaching in IT/ICT/CS domain. Sakuntharaj holds M.Phil from University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka and B. Sc. (Hons) from University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He is a researcher in computer science and Information Communication Technology determined to make a significant contribution in a vibrant international research community that invent solutions to real world problems.
